How long do I need to sleep at altitude to notice the benefits of Altitude Training?

 A 

While individual response varied from one individual to another, two to three weeks for eight hours per day is generally sufficient to produce the benefits.

However, this is just the start of the performance gains; ongoing use will continue to provide additional benefits.
