 Q

I already live at high altitude; will CAT's systems still help me?

 A

A surprisingly large portion of CAT’s customers live above sea level.

They already understand the potential advantages of altitude training, but also realize that they generally do not live high enough to maximize the benefit.

The optimal sleeping altitude for most athletes is between 7,000-9,000 feet, and few people live this high.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:

"I knew that CAT was the only altitude system for me. As for results, I'm now the two-time Ironman champion!"
