8/29/05 Shaun Wallace Wins Pursuit and Points GoldPRESS RELEASE Boulder, CO September 29, 2005 - Shaun Wallace, former British Olympian and current employee of Colorado Altitude Training, took a few days off from work to compete at the World Master's Track Cycling Championships in Manchester, England from September 12-17. He brought back two gold medals and a second place finish in the final race - the Muratti Cup. Shaun's wins came in the individual pursuit, an elimination race between two riders per round, and the points race with 18 points. Results from the World Master's Track Cycling Championships: Mens Pursuit 40-44 Mens Points 40-44 Because Shaun is widely considered the father of the hypoxic tent, he is a key part of CAT's team. Shaun plays a vital role at CAT as a member of the sales team. He also contributes as an engineer to the R&D team, support to the marketing department, and even is the voice of CAT on the phone system! Congratulations to Shaun on his most recent victories.
