Colorado Altitude Training customer George Hincapie, of U.S. Postal, won the overall title at the Three Days of De Panne. Hincapie started the 13.7km time trial in third place, 16 seconds behind the race leader. Hincapie says his strength is in "anything under 15km" and he proved it on Thursday.
