Anaerobic Perormance and Altitude Training

Opening up new possibilities for perormance gains.

Traditional altitude training (going to the mountains for a few weeks) generally didn't work for athletes in anaerobic sports, because the intense training that such athletes need to perform could not be maintained in the rarified air.
The breakthough model of Live High - Train Low avoids this major compromise and has meant that athletes in shorter-duration events are also able to reap significant gains from altitude training (see studies, left).

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:

"I trained up and down passes. At night, I would sleep close to the altitude of Mt. Evans using my CAT altitude tent. They have really perfected these things."
