I have experimented with 40+ hours of training a week, doubled my massage, introduced more weight sessions and even chatted with sports psychologists, all of which provided a return but nothing quite like that which I witnessed when I purchased my first altitude tent. The best thing of all, the improvements come when you are asleep and it is far less painful than that extra hill effort. Purchasable speed and fitness, I wish I knew about this years ago!

As professional athletes we all have the discipline to train hard, hit the gym, watch what we eat and even stretch. At the end of the day it is what we do at night which really counts.
